Project Collaboration Terms
Effective date: 23 July 2026
Creative Lab may support project-level collaboration between individually registered users. It does not currently offer a shared studio, team or business subscription.
1. Individual accounts
Each collaborator must maintain an individual eligible account. Credentials may not be shared. Access is limited to the invited project and should not expose unrelated folders, wallets, billing or account settings.
2. Roles
A project owner may grant supported permissions such as view, comment, edit or publish. The owner is responsible for selecting collaborators and may revoke access.
3. Rights and confidentiality
The project owner controls the workspace container but does not automatically own a contributor's pre-existing material. Each contributor warrants authority to provide their contribution and grants the rights reasonably needed for the project.
Collaborators must protect private prompts, assets, unreleased content, business plans and access links. Creative Lab is not a party to private employment, ownership, payment or revenue-sharing arrangements.
4. Credits
The account whose credit balance funds an operation bears the displayed charge unless the product expressly supports another allocation. A collaborator must not initiate an expensive operation without authority from the paying user.
5. Publishing
Only a user with the required permission may submit to Oryyn. The submitting user confirms authority from relevant contributors and responsibility for the declaration.
6. Disputes
Creative Lab may preserve access and activity records needed for support, safety or legal disputes but does not adjudicate private ownership unless necessary to enforce law or platform rules. Commercial collaborators should use a separate written agreement.
