Publish-to-Oryyn Addendum
Effective date: 23 July 2026
This Addendum governs the user-directed transfer of selected assets from Oryyn Creative Lab to the separate Oryyn platform. It supplements, and does not replace, Oryyn's own terms.
1. Separate service relationship
Creative Lab provides creation services. Oryyn provides a separate content, publishing or marketplace service under the operator identified in Oryyn's legal terms. Creating an asset does not create an Oryyn listing, buyer relationship, payout obligation or monetisation promise.
2. User instruction and information transferred
Selecting "Publish to Oryyn" instructs Creative Lab to send the selected asset and relevant information to Oryyn. This may include creator and profile references; asset and preview; descriptive metadata; provider/model and AI-assistance information; rights, consent and source declarations; provenance, moderation and safety information; and operational identifiers needed for processing and support.
3. Oryyn review and processing
Oryyn may accept, reject, delay, request edits or evidence, classify, transcode, watermark, limit territories or decline monetisation. Video may require HLS processing. A Creative Lab success message or generation receipt is not Oryyn approval.
4. Rights and economics
Oryyn receives only the rights the user grants through its creator or listing workflow; the user remains responsible for provider restrictions and third-party rights. Creative Lab credits pay only for Creative Lab services and any disclosed transfer operation. Oryyn promotion, distribution, monetisation and payouts remain governed by Oryyn's separate rules.
5. Removal and complaints
Deleting an asset from Creative Lab does not automatically remove a separately accepted Oryyn copy, and removing an Oryyn listing does not automatically delete the Creative Lab asset. Users must follow each platform's process.
Maveristic and Oryyn may exchange information reasonably required to investigate infringement, deceptive synthetic media, provider violations, fraud, safety incidents or legal demands.
